Ingredients
1 liter of fresh milk
250 g sugar
4 eggs
4 tbsp starch
2 vanilla
50 g of cognac
150 g biscuits
50 g jam cherries
50 g cream
Method
Withdraw the yolks from the whites. Beat yolks add the milk boiled with a piece of sugar. Boils add the starch away with 5 tbsp water. Stir to thicken. Egg whites are fighting in the snow with the remaining sugar. Cream to add both cognac and beaten whites. In appropriate glasses pour 1 tbsp sweet biscuits are stacked and pour the hot cream. Cooling is decorated with cream.
