Cutlets from potato and rice

Ingredients
600 g potatoes
1/2 cup Rice
1-2 heads grated onion
1 bunch parsley
pepper
nutmeg
2-3 eggs
about 1/2 cup grated cheese or feta cheese
# breading:
mixed in equal amounts of flour and breadcrumbs
beaten egg

Method
Cook potatoes unpeeled. Then peel and grated or crushed with machine for meat after cool nice. Boil the rice in advance as pilaf and after good has taken water from boiling rinse with cold water and drained good. Then being added to the potatoes. Put the onions, chopped parsley, salt, spices, eggs, grated cheese or feta cheese. All this is nice and kneads the mixture is formed round or oval balls that are dipped in flour and bread crumbs, then in beaten eggs and fry in heated sunflower oil. On the same mix I tried other variations that received a lot of tasty and not so maznichki as fried: - One part put in greased muffin shapes and Zagladin then baked. - the other part of the dough made nests in greased custard cups. Zapekoh while began to redden slightly, tap in each cup into the slot at the top ovule and put one circle melted smoked feta cheese (can and shredded cheese) and again zapekoh to veiling of eggs. It was very tasty and spectacular dish.

I blend and potatoes, and rice. Many were delicious. And even if I did not know any recipe. I boiled potatoes and rice in the fridge. Even the rice was a dock and vegetable mix. Do not use eggs as my mixture became less frequent because of the passage, but very tasty work.

made them for frying, but only became because it gets very soft mixture. These meatballs, I just baking with shapes or put in the fridge for an hour, hour and a half then tighten a little mixture that them cook frying mixture does not remain in the hands. Next time I will prepare them and will write to you. Otherwise tastes are great.

gpetrov1957, I do not know why are you spraying frying. When dipped in beaten eggs, they do not allow meatballs sprayed. Strange and I wonder why when you became the opposite. Even in the picture, which I launched seen how well is preserved shape.
