3 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
1 clove garlic
Washed tomatoes cut across the halves, carving is the core. Fry in sunflower oil finely chopped onion, add core from tomatoes, finely chopped garlic, pepper and sauté in a little butter. In each tomato puts boiled and peeled hot egg. Tomatoes are arranged on a plate, pour in the prepared mixture and served warm as an appetizer.
