Fig cookies

Ingredients
# For the dough:
500 g flour
5 g baking powder (1/2 bag)
40 g cocoa
200 g sugar
1 vanilla
1 tbsp fresh milk
2 eggs
250 g butter
# spreads:
250 g fig jam
3-4 leaves gelatine
cream
Method
Involved dough of these products, then cut into shapes, which bake in a moderate oven. When ready the cookies are coated with fig jam, pre-mixed with gelatin dissolved in 250 ml hot water, chilled and garnished with whipped cream.
