Fish with tomatoes and onions in the oven

Ingredients
800 g of fish of your choice
2 bunch fresh onions
400 g red tomatoes from a can (1/2 jar)
4 tbsp sunflower oil
half a lemon
parsley
black pepper
salt

Method
Fish is cleaned, washed and cut into pieces portioned. Dripped with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Onion and peeled tomatoes are cut into small pieces, put in a small pan on them are the fish pieces and pour the oil and the juice of Shechem marinating the fish. The dish is baked in a hot oven for 25-30 minutes. After discharging sprinkle with parsley and serve garnished with steamed rice.
