Ingredients
3 pears
100 g butter
100 g sugar
1/2 lemon
2 tbsp brandy
Method
Pears Peel and cut into quarters rub with lemon to not turn black. Fry in the butter and when they start Gilt added sugar and lemon juice. Frying continues until the sugar begins to caramelized. Pears are flooded with brandy and ignite the table.
