Flemish waffles

Ingredients
220 g flour
125 g butter
1 tbsp (10 g) sugar
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) milk
15 g yeast
3 eggs
lemon juice
salt

Method
The butter and sugar well, add eggs, flour and yeast dissolved in a little warm milk. Make the remaining milk. Season with lemon juice and salt. The dough is kneaded vigorously and allow to rise in a warm place. Then bake in waffle trays. Already ready, waffles sprinkled with vanilla sugar or served with vanilla sauce.
