With fresh bread and yogurt

Ingredients
1 kg of flour
400 ml milk
250 g yogurt
42 g yeast
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp sunflower oil
3 eggs
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp baking soda

Method
In deep bowl sifted flour and make a well in the middle. Milk warms and to this was added the yeast and sugar, leaving little to rise. To the yogurt is added to the vinegar and stirred, then put baking it rise. From egg yolk separated spreads. Pour all ingredients and knead the dough medium hard. It is left to rise in a warm place about 40-50 minutes. Then separated on 20 balls that pan with oil and rolled into sheets. Thus obtained sheets are rolled and twisted. Cut and placed on the edge of the tray. In the center is placed a ball, which is lower than the other pieces, and on which are placed a tangle. Spread egg yolk and bake at 200 C
