Gyuvetch of vegetables

Ingredients
2 eggplants
5 potatoes
1 handful of green beans
5 tomatoes
4 onions
6-7 green peppers
1 handful of okra
1 tsp paprika
parsley
salt
3 tsp sunflower oil

Method
Finely chopped onion stew in the oil and some water in a pot until soft to medium high heat. Add the peppers, tomatoes, green beans and eggplants, chopped, okra, trimmed of stems, red pepper, salt and warm water. When the vegetables are soft, add the potatoes, peeled and cut into circles, and some warm water. Casseroles baked while staying with a little sauce. Shortly before its removal sprinkle with chopped parsley.

In winter, when there are no fresh vegetables can be used frozen fixes that sell in stores. I would add to the onion, carrot and then to the vegetables, 1-2 cubes vegetable or chicken broth!

in a pot put more zucchini, peas and a few slices of celery.

Now in the winter can be put okra and carrot of pickled vegetables - becomes SUPER :)
