Ingredients
25 g gelatin
200 ml water
500 g cottage cheese
400 ml liquid sweetened cream
100 g sugar
400 g apricots

Method
Gelatin dissolves in the water and leave to swell. The cottage cheese is mixed with sour cream and sugar and passaged until a uniform mixture.
