Labskaus

Ingredients
375 g smoked brisket
1 kg potatoes
6 fillets of herring
3 pickles
250 g marinated beetroot
1 onion
30 g butter
pepper
eggs
Method
The meat is boiled , allow to cool and grind. Cook potatoes without salt, drained and well-creased. Half of beet pickles 2 and 2 fillets of herring cut in large pieces. In a saucepan melt 30 g butter, which fry chopped onion. Add meat, mashed potatoes and chopped red beets, cucumbers and herring fillets. Season with pepper. Puree is heated with stirring. Garnish with herring fillets with remaining beetroot, cut into slices and pickles. Serve with poached egg - an egg in portion.
