Ingredients
500 ml cream
120 g sugar
15 g gelatin
2 vanilla
rind of 1 lime (lime)
Method
Cream and sugar mix and cook until boiling. The gelatin is soaked in cold water to swell. Add together with vanilla cream to boil 1 minute. The sheet of the lime is added to the cream mixture, then the court is pulled from the fire. Stir for 2-3 minutes. The mixture was poured into cups and placed in the refrigerator to set. * Can be decked with jam berries and mint leaves.
