pork lard or sunflower oil

Method
Chop of crescents and stew. Add rice, salt, pepper and parsley and remove from fire. Potatoes and tomatoes are cut into thin slices. In clay casseroles put fat and lining: potatoes, red peppers, tomatoes, rice, tomatoes, potatoes, fat. Pour with grated tomatoes, crushed garlic vinegar and 2 cups water and bake sandwiching.
