Mashed potatoes with garlic

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
butter for browning
1 clove garlic
140 ml cream or milk
25 g breadcrumbs
25 g feta cheese Gruyere, grated
2 branches dry thyme, crushed
Method
Potatoes cut into quarters and boil in a large pot until tender. Drained, and the court returned the fire. Melt a little butter and fry the finely chopped garlic for 1 minute, until soft. Add cream until warm. Potatoes are returned to the court and smash mashed. Heat the oven to 180 C. Puree pour into a baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, the feta cheese and thyme. Bake 15 minutes.
