5 cloves garlic
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 and 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
2 chipotle peppers in sauce Adobe
salt and pepper (optional)

Method
Garlic bake in a dry skillet over medium-high heat until the cloves become gold with small black spots (about 9 minutes). Transfer to a food processor with the other ingredients and ground. If need be, DIPA is seasoned with salt and pepper. * Very well go with fries and other fried foods, corn chips, cold meat, fresh vegetables (crudites) and others.
