Ingredients
1 kg peppers
2 eggs
300 g feta cheese
2 tbsp parsley
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
sunflower oil for frying

Method
The peppers are baked, peel and cut into small pieces. The feta cheese grate and mix with eggs. Add peppers and parsley and kneaded. Formed into balls, rolled in breadcrumbs and fried.
