Meatballs terbium

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 onion
1-2 eggs
1 slice white bread
salt
pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
# For the sauce:
500 g yogurt
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
salt
pepper
200 ml water
Method
To minced meat add grated onion, soaked and well squeezed bread, eggs and spices. It is well kneaded and make meatballs that are rolled in flour and fried in fat. Remove and place in a baking dish. Prepare sauce as yogurt to add the flour, eggs, salt, pepper and 200 ml water. Concentrate the sauce on low heat, stirring constantly with prepared sauce is poured over the meatballs in the pan. Bake at high heat for 20 minutes. Serve with salad season.
