Method
Luke cut into crescents and stew in the oil (more tray ). As is tender add the chopped peppers and a little water and stir. When they are soft, add the tomatoes, grated, salt, pepper and finally crushed parsley. Cool mixture poured into jars and sterilize 10 minutes.
