Ingredients
1 cup cooked and pureed pumpkin
700 g flour
200 g sugar
2 eggs
300 ml milk
50 g butter or margarine
200 g raisins
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 / 2 tsp salt
Method
Soft butter (margarine) mix well with sugar until fluffy. The eggs are mixed with pumpkin puree and add to the butter. Raisins are put in half a cup of flour. Remaining flour mixed with spices and blurs in milk. Add raisins and pumpkin mixture. Products knead slightly and pour the mixture into greased cups, which are placed in paper shapes. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated 200 C oven.
