Muffins with semolina

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups semolina
1/2 cup flour
10 g baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sunflower oil
2 yolks
100 g chocolate
25 g butter
vanilla

Method
The milk is heated slightly and sugar dissolved in it. In a bowl mix the dry ingredients and add the milk, the oil and egg yolks. Mix with mixer about 7 minutes to swell meal. Bake in muffin shapes of 180C 35-40 minutes. melting chocolate and the butter in a water bath and pour the cooled muffins. On top decorate with egg white cream - 2 egg whites broken snow with 3 tbsp sugar. * 1 cup = 200 ml

Wheat or corn meal, or does not matter?

Wheat semolina.

From the protein cream muffins do not see, if you shoot them bottom-up or give incision. I liked the recipe, but I want to see what they look like from the inside or outside. How pcs. go?

go 12 pieces. I can not photograph them because they are already eaten :)
