Mushroom ragout with potatoes and rice

Ingredients
250 g mushrooms
500 g potatoes
1/3 cup Rice
2 tbsp peas
3 green onions
1 tbsp tomato paste
parsley
butter
salt
pepper
Method
Coarsely chopped mushrooms and onions smothered in the butter for 10 minutes. Add salt is, pour 1 cup boiling water in which fuzzy tomato puree and boil. Add the diced potatoes and 5 minutes after them rice and peas. The dish is left to simmer 10-15 minutes. After removing from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
