Mushroom sauce with melted cheese

Ingredients
500 g marinated mushrooms
500 g yogurt
200 g processed cheese
3 tbsp flour
1 vegetable stock cube
1 cup white wine
125 g butter
Method
Mushrooms sauté with the butter. Add the flour and wine, then - Blend processed cheese with yogurt, vegetable broth and water to give a nice smooth sauce. The sauce is suitable for chicken and pork.
