Mushroom soup with rice or vermicelli

Ingredients
150 g mushrooms mushrooms
50 g butter
salt
pepper
pepper
1 tbsp flour
5-6 tbsp rice or vermicelli

Method
Mushrooms are washed and cut into small pieces. Put to boil with the salt. Once cooked add rice or noodles and finally make the roux with cow butter, flour and a little paprika. Serve hot with freshly ground pepper and a spoonful of grated hard cow feta cheese.
