Onion sauce

Ingredients
6 heads white onion
6 tbsp olive oil
250 ml beef bouillon
salt and pepper
Method
Olive oil is poured into a medium saucepan over low heat and add the onion, cut into thin slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Capped with the cover and allow the fire for 3 hours, stirring frequently until sauce thickens and becomes golden in color. While boil, gradually make the broth to remain juicy onions. Serve with roasted vegetables or meat.

What happens after 3 hours of onions?

After three hours (on low heat! ) After you placed the juice is added and the broth, onion softens maximum water evaporates and remains of fat. Becomes almost like a mess, so thicken.
