Pasta with peppers and curry sauce

Ingredients
300 g cooked macaroni
400 g of red pepper (maybe less)
2 small onions and 1 large
2 leaves of fresh lettuce or cabbage
200 g zucchini
2 tsp sunflower oil or olive oil
4 tbsp cream
lemon juice
sunflower seeds
pinch of curry
salt
spice of your choice
Method
Peppers cut into small strips, onion into thin crescents, lettuce also strips, zucchini cubes. Stew all vegetables in a little oil about 8 minutes, add salt. When tender add a few tablespoons of vegetable broth, cream, lemon juice and a pinch of curry. Mix well. Additionally, 150 g cooked spiral pasta, like the other 300 g are pre-cooked and kept aside. Mix all the ingredients of the dish and serve warm.
