Pate beetroot with cottage cheese and chickpeas

Ingredients
1 head red beets
carrots 3
200 g cottage cheese
100 g chickpeas
2 tbsp olive oil
salt
about 1/2 bunch dill
2-3 cloves garlic
the juice of 1 lemon
Pate beetroot with cottage cheese and chickpeas

Method
Beets and carrots are cooked. Chickpeas pre-soak in water for several hours and then boiled. All products are placed in a blender and Strain. Can be served as a side dish of baked dishes or eat smeared on toast.
