# For the dough:
50 g butter
1 egg
1 yolk spreads
1 tbsp water
1 and 1/2 cup flour
# For the filling:
2 heads of onion
2 garlic cloves
1/2 piece of chicken
in 1/2 tsp cumin and paprika
by 1/3 tsp ginger and cinnamon
1 tomato
50 ml red wine
2 tbsp olive oil
# For DIPA:
100 g yogurt
2 tbsp grated lemon peel

Messi dough of flour, the butter, egg and water - the dough should be smooth and not sticky. Serve with dip of yogurt with grated lemon zest and dill. * In the original recipe in DIPA has fresh coriander, but replaced it with dill. I also replaced the meat - a recipe with ground lamb.
