Pita, baked in a pot,

Ingredients
800 g flour
egg 1
500 g yogurt
1 tsp (5 g) salt
1 tbsp (10 g) sugar
1 tsp (5 g) of baking soda
1 tbsp (10 ml) vinegar
65 g cow butter
Method
Half of the yogurt mix with the salt and half - with vinegar. Pour in the recess made in the sifted flour into a deep pot, where a complex sugar and beaten egg. Knead into a soft dough, which is out on floured board and knead 5-6 minutes. Put it in a pot, whose bottom is coated thoroughly with half of the butter. After the pita is baked, still in the pan is coated with the rest butter.
