Pizza with salo

Ingredients
# For the dough:
1 kg of flour
1 tsp salt
25 g yeast
1 tsp sugar
60 ml sunflower oil
# to season pizza:
200 g salo
10 sticks fresh or 2 heads onion
25 g parsley
4 g savory
12 tbsp tomato paste
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
Method
Sift the flour twice in a suitable container and does well, which added salt. In a separate bowl dissolve yeast in warm water and sugar. After 10 minutes, the yeast is activated and mix a soft dough, which eventually pour the oil. Thus prepared dough was divided into 6 buns 6 pizzas. Each pizza is smeared with tomato sauce and sprinkle with herbs and parsley. Onions and peppers are finely chopped and spread over pizza.
