Pork in cream-cheese sauce with mushrooms

Ingredients
500 g pork
# For the marinade:
2 tsp mustard
2 tsp honey
2 tsp mayonnaise
1-2 tsp soy sauce
# For the sauce:
2 onions
200 g mushrooms
250 ml cream
1 clove garlic
100-150 g cheese
fat frying

Method
Products for marinade mix. The meat is cut for steaks and put in marinade for 15-20 minutes. Onion cut into strips, mushroom slices, garlic is cut very finely or compressed. The meat is removed from the marinade and fry lightly on both sides - to red. Lk is placed in the marinade the meat, allow for 5-10 minutes, then fried in the fat (with the marinade), which is parzhilo meat. Fry for about 5 minutes, then add the mushrooms. Stew over medium heat for 10 minutes, add salt (if needed), add garlic, stir, add the cream, allow to boil and add the cheese. Mix well and put the meat in the sauce. Allow to stew for another 15 minutes. If necessary add a little more cream. Can be seasoned with a little dill when done.
