Ingredients
          500 g pork
          3-4 carrots
          1 head red onion
          3-4 cloves garlic
          500 g sauerkraut
          1 cup Rice
          butter and sunflower oil
          salt seasoning sinsko, cumin, oregano, curry, paprika, bay leaf
          300 g peeled canned tomatoes

          Method
              Cut the meat into cubes and fry it until golden successively add chopped - and onions garlic, carrots and tomatoes. Once tomatoes thicken, add the cabbage and chopped, 1 cup of the valley water and adding spices. Let simmer over low heat about 40-50 minutes and add the washed rice and topping 2 more cups of water. so leave until the rice is ready.
