Potato parzhenki with leek and cheese

Ingredients
100 g feta cheese
6 leeks onion
4 potatoes
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
Salt
pepper
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Leeks are cleaned, cut into small pieces and stew in a little water and sunflower oil. Peel the potatoes, grated and boiled in milk with the addition of salt, then crush with a fork. Mixed with steamed leeks, add 2 tbsp bread crumbs, 1 egg, grated feta cheese, ground pepper, chopped parsley and salt. The mixture is kneaded and it make balls that rolled in flour, PANIC with beaten egg and bread crumbs and fry in very preheated oil until golden.
