Potato straw

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
frying fat
50 g butter
salt
Method
Peeled potatoes cut into thin slices, and they in turn are cut into thin strips like straws. Put with latticed spoon in very hot oil and fry until golden color. Remove and leave in a colander to drain, then moved to the heated vessel, add salt and pour the melted butter. dish is a good side dish for roast meat.
