Quiche with chanterelles

Ingredients
# For the dough:
150 g butter
240 g flour
salt
# For the filling:
250 g chanterelles, cleaned and cut into pieces
1 onion
curry powder
100 ml cream for cooking
1 tbsp butter
white pepper, salt, thyme
# TOPPING:
3 eggs
1 cup milk
80 ml cream
1 and 1/2 cup Swiss grated feta cheese
1 and 1/2 cup grated feta cheese mozzarella
Method
First make the base. Mix the butter, flour and salt together. If the dough is too dry, put quite a bit of water to obtain a dough softer. Press the dough into a cake pan or the like, as carefully and squeezing the walls. The paste should take the form of container you use, then placed in a preheated oven at 180C degrees for about 8-10 minutes to acquire a light golden color. 's Turn stuffing. Bake at 180C degrees for about 20-25 minutes, until the liquid has solidified, and slush has acquired a beautiful golden brown color. * You can add the sausages and optional in the preparation of mushrooms and cream. * The feta cheese is not necessarily a Swiss, you can use anything you like cheese varieties. * The filling of slush can be prepared in various ways and mostly in imagination.
