Quick livers with flour

Ingredients
chicken livers
flour
sunflower oil
water or white wine
Method
Livers are washed and cleaned. Oval is good in flour and lining up in a greased tray together. When all livers line up on them pour sunflower oil in a thin stream, so that there is less sunflower oil on each drobche. Pour a little water or white wine, but only enough to cover the bottom of the pan and put to bake until crust acquire reddish (if you can turn them, but not necessary).
