Rabbit with onion stew

Ingredients
1 rabbit
3-4 onions
2-3 carrots
20 g butter
1 cup white or dry red wine or beer
pepper, paprika, salt
Method
Washed and dried rabbit is smeared with a little butter and salted. Cut into portions. Chop freckles, carrot slices. Everything is put in a pot, sprinkle with spices. Put it and the rest butter and a glass of wine or beer. If you feel that the liquid is little you can add a little water. Bake at 250C degrees for about 2 hours. You can also add other spices of your choice.
