Rabbit in stew

Ingredients
1 rabbit
2 onions
1 carrot
160 g mushrooms marinated mushrooms
2-3 laurel leaves
10 peppercorns
sunflower oil
salt

Method
Rabbit cut into portions and add salt, fry lightly on both sides. In advance of the oil stew rank cut in crescents onions, carrots - slices, meat, mushrooms, put bay leaves and black pepper. Pour some hot water, watered with sunflower oil and bake.

great camp. I put a little fries and wine.

Potatoes many rabbit suit, can be mashed and added when serving at 1-2 tablespoons per serving! Thank you!

From me add one tomato and a little savory.
