Reclining in chicken stew

Ingredients
1 chicken
500 g chicken livers
1/3 cup Rice
2 onions
1 tsp mint
1 tbsp red pepper
pepper
1 sour cabbage

Method
Fry a head finely chopped onion in 4-5 tbsp sunflower oil, add the washed rice well and stir until transparent. Add chopped chicken liver, pepper, mint, salt and 1 cup water. Boil on low heat while you absorb the water. In another court fry the other head finely chopped onion and finely chopped sauerkraut. Add 1 tbsp red pepper and pour in clay casseroles. Make a place in the middle of the cabbage, which is put to bend the chicken pre-filled with stuffing. Pour water enough to cover the cabbage. Chicken smeared with sunflower oil, red and black pepper.
