Roasted lamb heads

Ingredients
4 lamb heads
60-80 g melted butter
pepper
salt
broth
Method
Heads are cleaned and washed, salting is smeared with butter and bake in a hot oven, as side in the pan pour a little broth. baked heads are served with lettuce, onion and parsley, dusted with lemon juice, salt and vegetable oil.
