Roasted peppers with garlic cream

Ingredients
10-15 peppers
5-6 large cloves of garlic
100 ml sunflower oil
50 ml vinegar
salt
parsley

Method
Peel the peppers and arrange a suitable dish round with handles. Cream or dressing is prepared in the following way - in a bowl put the smashed garlic and salt, gradually add a little of the oil and stir until a creamy like mayonnaise. Finally add the vinegar and pour pepper. Top sprinkled with plenty of fresh chopped parsley.
