Ingredients
600 g flour
3 eggs
2/3 cup yogurt
200-300 g hip jam
1 cup sugar - incomplete
10 g ammonia soda (1 packet)
rind of 1 lemon
a few drops of lemon juice
ground walnuts
Method
Eggs are broken down with the sugar in a deep bowl on the stove slightly heated until white set (about 5-6 minutes ). In separate bowl mix ammonia soda and yogurt. Gradually add the beaten eggs sifted flour. Messi until a sticky dough. Add grated lemon rind, lemon juice and yogurt. On floured countertop dough is rolled into a rectangle with a thickness of half a finger and length as the length cakes form. The dough sheet is smeared with jam and sprinkle with the ground walnuts. Wound to a roll, which was transferred into a greased cake form. Rest for about 30 minutes, covered. Bake in a moderately hot oven about 40-50 minutes. Allow to cool. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
