Rolls with jam and apple

Ingredients
3 eggs
30-40 g fat
1 cup (200 ml) yogurt or milk
1 packet of baking powder
1 cup (200 g) sugar
rind of 1 lemon
jam
1 apple
walnuts
flour
Method
Mix the sugar with the eggs, lemon rind and fat, add baking powder with milk and add flour until soft dough. Divide into 2 or 3 pieces, roll out smeared with jam, grated apple, add walnuts and rolled. Bake on top of a weak bottom of the stronger.
