Ingredients
1/2 head Chinese cabbage
3 scallions
about 12 olives pitted
salt
sunflower oil
vinegar

Method
In a bowl mix the cabbage - cut into julienne, and onions - on wheels. Season with salt, sunflower oil and vinegar to taste. Add olives and everything goes wrong. Serve in a salad bowl.
