Ingredients
1 green salad
1 iceberg lettuce (maybe other salad)
100 g marinated beetroot (canned sliced)
100 g mini (baby) corn
150 g blue cheese
100 g raw nuts - mix
a few homemade croutons
2-3 scallions
150-200 g deer loin or ham
# For the dressing:
yogurt
mayonnaise
vinegar
Water
spices of your choice (mix salad)
garlic - powder and if not in the mix
salt

Method
Shred (cut in large pieces) salads, add red beets, corn, onion, blue cheese, croutons and arrange on top sliced fillet Elena (prosciutto). Sprinkle with raw nuts and a bit of green onion. Separately mix products for dressing your taste, but is a liquid (resembling density boza) and slightly savory flavor the whole salad. Serve separately in the sauce-boat to the salad.
