Salad of red cabbage - II type

Ingredients
1 head red cabbage
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 eggs
15-20 olives
pepper
salt
Method
Cabbage cut into thin strips, add salt is sprinkle vinegar and allowed to stand for 3 hours. Before serving stir in the vegetable oil and pepper to taste, pour into a suitable dish and garnish with olives and slices of hard-boiled eggs.
