Salad of roasted zucchini

Ingredients
3-4 zucchini
oil
lemon juice
dill
garlic
salt
walnuts

Method
Wash the courgettes and without peel cut into slices. Add salt and leave to drain. Immersed in olive oil and bake on grill pan. Make a dressing of pressed garlic, dill, salt, lemon juice and olive oil. Baked zucchini are flooded with dressing and sprinkle with crushed walnuts. Cool for several hours in a refrigerator.

Mmm, this is a great salad, make it very often and always eats. The grill in the garden - a dream! Except I do not use fennel and basil or parsley and walnuts as I put sunflower seeds. By the way - in the dressing once put peanut butter - was also very tasty!

salad is great! Home is a very favorite :) The combination of zucchini with walnuts is great! I did it, and with sunflower seed (as Rally) - and so we like :)
