Ingredients
2 cups (400 g) flour
1 cup (200 g) pork lard
1 cup (200 g) powdered sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp ammonia soda
sesame seeds for sprinkling
Method
Sugar and the lard is broken down very well. Added at stirring two eggs - one by one, dissolved in a little warm water and baking flour. Kneaded solid dough, which is rolled into a sheet, 0.5 cm thick. It cut biscuits of different shapes, which are coated with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a moderate oven.
