Shortcake with fruit compote

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
10 g baking powder
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 vanilla
fruit of compote
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Eggs and sugar is broken down very well to dissolve sugar. Add alternately with flour baking powder, vanilla and the oil. A relatively thick mixture is poured into greased and floured (or littered with baking paper) tray diameter 22-24 cm. Top rank squeezed fruit compote. Bake in preheated oven at 180C degrees while pinned to a wooden stick in the middle went dry. still warm, sprinkle cake with powdered sugar. * Part of the mixture (or the entire mixture) may be colored with a little cocoa. In the last preparation of this cake, combined fruit compote two - quinces and pears and decided that cocoa will suit (visible in the pictures).
