Soda buns Sofia

Ingredients
400-450 g flour
egg 1
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 ml) vinegar
200 g yogurt
pinch of salt
1 tsp (5 g) baking soda bicarbonate

Method
In the sifted flour in a deep dish with an indentation in it and put the vegetable oil, vinegar, egg, salt and yoghourt with soda. Knead dough and processed for 5-6 minutes on a floured surface. Divide in two equal parts, form of buns with a diameter of 18-20 cm, stick a fork in several places, put on a baking dish greased with vegetable oil (just below the buns) and bake in oven until very hot pinking (about 20 minutes). Baked buns are wrapped in cloth. Serve with cow butter, sheep cheese and savory.

Although I am not a fan of soda bread, these cakes I liked.

We liked a lot! Inside I put cheese and butter and sprinkled them with poppy seeds.
