100 ml cream
50 g blue cheese
pepper
50 ml milk
dill
Method
Cream is heated on the stove, add the milk and crumbled feta cheese. Stir not burn to the slight dissolution of the feta cheese and put pepper and dill, not too finely chopped. And salt may be put, but only optional, because the feta cheese is savory. Serve with fish, chicken, vegetables. Important not too thick.
